As so many people get problems on GMAX3100 and GMA950 driver for mac os x, and black screen problem, I'm here to share a complete solution which works fine for me after each os update with vanilla kexts.
Fix for Most Dell laptop Black Screen Issue, Sleep Display and Artifacts with Intel GMAX3100 and GMA950.
Test on Dell Latitude D820 with Intel GMA950.
